under section volume 7b, chapter 28 sec. 2813 my retirement money is exempt from leveys and garishment. a retired member may not be deprived of his or her pay by civil process of garnishment or levy. in my case i fall into this regualation. this reulation is from department od defence management regulations. i tryed to tell the bank about this but they said they follow what is on any court documents that come through there deparment. point of contact at the bank is maralyn. my complaint is one that that seems to be very easily remedeed by the familirization the the regulations governing such actions.
