Slots Inferno claims that all withdrawal requests are processed within 48 to 72 business hours during their regular scheduled accounting hours, Monday through Friday from 10:00 am ET to 9:00 pm ET. VIP withdrawals are processed from Monay thru Saturday and they are processed in less than 48 hours in most of the cases.

When requesting a withdrawal via check, please allow up to 5 business days before having the transaction approved and another 5 to 10 business days before the check is delivered to you. My request was made via wire transfer and it has far exceeded their processing time frame.

I requested a payout on 12-31-12 which was declined on 1-9-13, 9 days later with no correspondences in between that time, stating that I would need to submit verifications that I already had on file, recently submitted and approved. I went ahead and resubmitted all required documentation on 1-10-13 and made a second request for my payout the same day. As of today, I have not received the funds from this payout nor have I been given the common courtesy of a status update.

Slots Inferno’s support department and Jack the manager have both refused to respond to my numerous emails requesting status. The only replies that I’ve received was acknowledgement of receipt of the emails but nothing addressing them after claiming I would receive a reply within one business day.

Each time I initiate an online chat I am told the same thing over and over that my issues will be forwarded to the accounting department and someone will contact me soon and that has yet to happen. I’ve gotten nothing but the run around from Slots Inferno online chat team and completely ignored by their support department and their manager which has led me to believe they have no intentions of issuing my payout. Please inform me as to what can be done to assist me concerning this matter.
