I have made a win of 4,400 $. After several emails they have acknowledge my german documents and told me that everythin would be ok for the payment. As I know from European Casinos they pay within a week. Therefore I asked them by email and live chat. They told me that the "management" is still working on it, they don't indicate how long this would last. I do not know what to do as I have no legal information about the handling of casinos in the UDSA.
