I played through a no deposit bonus using the coupon 1000FREE, this was no easy task because the bonus was only valid for one game and the play through was ridiculous. There was no way to play any other games because they were locked.

I should mention that about a month ago I played this same bonus at Slots Luv and was denied withdrawal for playing back to back chips with out a deposit between the bonuses. I did not yet make a withdrawal request, but had played through and decided to go to the tournaments page and play some matches; the games would not display, I contacted live chat who informed of my multiple chip error. When I asked if the tournaments would have been available if I had not breached the free bonus offer terms and conditions. the chat person said yes I would as long as I reached the play through requirements.

I just checked with live chat at Slots Inferno today to find out about my withdrawal request because I had not received an email from them acknowledging my withdrawal request. The live chat person told me that it was cancelled because I breached the terms and conditions by playing multiple tournament games! I told her that I played those matches after I met the chip requirements which unlocked those games, and did so with money left in my account after I had made the withdrawal request; in addition those games were locked prior to my meeting the requirements, so if they were not allowed why were they unlocked? Her reply: "I'm sorry but right now your withdrawal request is invalid"

I plan sending support an email about this but can see by not only this site but many others that I might as well just consider the incident a lesson and not to play in this casino group and that it would behoove me to read reviews before playing at any of the other online casinos.

  • Slotinferno is doing the same thing to me I use the 1000free play through they amount was allowed to play other games. I redeemed the coupon on 9/8 received the $150 same day after I completed the 1000 free spins, played polar explorer once the games were unlocked. Email them on the 9/8 asking what do I need to do in order to make a deposit or withdrawal if I win. Kept playing everyday brought my balance from 150 to 800 was going to withdrew but cancel and started to play again. On 9/11 I won the major jackpot of $2000 sent request on 9/12 for withdrawal. From 9/7 until that day I kept trying to use there chat but it was not working. So I finally got a hold of Micheal and ask about my withdrawal, first he said I was not going to get it because of $150 max from the coupon. Then I had to break it down to him that they amount from that coupon was reverse and the $150 was given. Then he said I breach contact for using another coupon, which I tried but it was declined. Then I talk to a girl name Jasmine that said I would not get it because I did not make a deposit. Like I told her before I won I been trying to get in contact with customer service via email and internet but not getting any response. I did not get any response and there website for chatting was not working so I did not feel right making a deposit. So I going to dispute with them regarding that money I won.
