I wanted to try the free trail and agreed to pay for the shipping $4.95 but, they charge me that plus $15 which wasn't apart of the agreement. I tried to call and the phone line says press on to cancel or zero to talk to a customer service rep. So I press zero and nothing and then I press one and it just keeps repeating! Well I will try again tomorrow and call my bank to cancel my card and report them. Never again will I order something like this online!! (Inappropriate Content Removed)up!

- I tried that too and I learned that the $15 you refer to is actually a pre-authorization. It's not a charge. It's better that they do that which actually protects you from someone fraudulently using your card. Most pre-authorizations don't show up on your statement but sometimes they do.
