I heard a radio commercial for Zymbiotix on 12/18/2014. I could pay the 4.95 shipping charge and if not satisfied within 2 weeks, I could call and cancel and not be charged the 69.95 for the bottle. I went home and called and ordered the product, making sure to put a reminder on my phone to call before the 2 week period ended as I had no intention of paying 70 bucks for a bottle of supplements which would probably not work anyaway.

I called on the last day of the trial period and easily cancelled my order using the automated phone system. I thought that was the end of it until just 20 minutes ago I looked at my credit card account and saw I was charged the 69.95 on what would have been the last day of the 2 week trial period. I immediately called the phone number and got a call center in the Phillipines. They told me I did not call in time and subsequently was charged full price. I firmly told them to credit the amount immediately or I would report this to my credit card company. The guy put me on hold, came back and said, we will refund you 15% of the amount. I was shocked......I said "are you kidding me?"...."what country are you in?"....I get put on hold once again....he comes back..."okay we will give you a 35% refund and thats the final offer".....I was shaking my head at this point and said...ok...give me a 75% refund and lets end this...he counters with a 50% refund, which I again said..no, 75%...he agreed and said it would be 5 to 7 business days. I took his name and will check in that time to make sure I will get that refund. Unbelievable!!!! What a friggin shady outfit. Buyer beware and advertising departments all over beware of this shady outfit called Zymbiotix buying radio time or print ad space. This is not a company you want advertising on your medium!!!
