I purchased a clock and when i got it home I realized it was broken. I called Larry Dalton who i purchased this clock from and he said for me to take it to a clock maker in balto to get it fixed. I said i wanted to return it and i didn't want the broken clock. He then agreed to take it back and he said he was going to fix it. I had to pay to send it back and I also insured the clock for $2500.00 . When Larry got the clock he said the box was dented and it caused the clock to break. I told him I paid the post office for the insurance and Larry dalton said the post office won't pay for the clock even if i insured it.
He has the clock. He has my money. Southwest visa will not back me up on this matter. I have never had anything like this ever happen to me. I am a very good customer. I pay my bill every month on time. Kia Shaprio said she would give me $ 1500.00 today to solve the matter but not my $2600.00 for the clock. I asked her to put that in writing and she refused to do this. She said i had to take the offer and close the case tonight. I never heard of such a thing. Is this the way you treat good customers like me. I had no idea Southwest Visa would treat me like this. If you care and it seems like so far no one does, please contact me .
(Personal Information Removed) I have other credit cards that i have never had any of them treat me like this. Perhaps its time to close my account with you.
