I was scammed by Credit One Total, after applying for an unsecured loan, i was tricked into paying them 498.00,i was told if i don't pay them to fix my credit, i don't have a chance of getting the loan.i have spent more than that already in mailing and faxing letters to credit bureaus ,and back and forth to credit one total, it's been two months, no change to my credit,i was also told to enroll in mycreditkeeper.com, and pay a monthly fee of 9.99. This is a total scam, i am told to contact the credit bureaus myself, why did i get scammed into giving them my hard earned money??? How can i fight them and get my money back. They withdrew the money even before i signed the papers for the agreement.I had doubts and called them and told them i'm not signing the papers, but they said the money has already been withdrawn.I want my money back! Please advise me what to do!!!
Update: 09/11/2011
Actually , the amount was 492.00, plus i spent approximately 80.00 dollars in mailing and faxing papers back and forth, with absolutely no result!!! The money was withdrawn on 06.27.2011, andi never even signed the papers until 7.7.2011.
