I ordered Criminal Minds box set seasons 1-7 on 12-7-12. Money taken out of Credit card 12-9-12. I still have not received CD's and have sent numerous e-mails. I just want the CD's or my money back. I have never had this problem shopping online but now I dont think I will do it again.
