I ordered the complete series of Frasier as a birthday present for my boyfriend on 10/26/12 hoping I would receive it before November 12, 2012. Cheqoot.com did not charge tax, but when my payment of $130.26 was posted from my account on 10/30/12, they charged me international shipping of almost $7.00 which was not mentioned on the order. It is now December 27, 2012 nearly two months from my posted payment and I have not received my item. When I log on to the website, my order history just states that it was processed then maybe a month after the posted payment the status was shipped with an express mail tracking. Since then there is no transit status of the tracking #. I only received one email from them assuring me that I will receive my item. I emailed them again in early december three times asking where my item is. I even emailed from their website on the "contact us" because they don't even leave a contact telephone number. The only way to contact them is through [email protected]. I am so frustrated. I will never use this type of company anymore. I will rely on Amazon.com even if it costs me more because they are reliabel. I learned my lesson and I should have not ordered from this company. Even their website looked shadey because the background is black and the website is not user friednly. I don't even know if all links work when you email them on their own website. Once you send the email, it does not indicate whether it was sent or received. I am so disappointed. This is the first time this has happened to me ordering online. Never again! I don't feel confident that I will ever get my item. There goes my hard earned $130.26. What a waste!
