I signed up with Xlibris Publishing in 2009, I was rushed to comlete my novel to meet some deadline. I did so and discovered there were multiple errors. After paying for several corrections, my book was finallyh published in 2010. I was hard sold into signing up for their marketing program which I paid a deposit on. I suspended the program when I discovered more errors in the published book. I asked them to use the money I paid them for the marketing toward the much needed corrections and they agreed. When the corrections were complete, they held my book hostage until I paid them for the marketing that I had cancelled. Finally after much arguing they released my book, but kept a portion of my money for a year. To my horror my book still has errors. I wish I had reseached them and found out that they are scam artists. I do not believe they are keeping an accurate accounting of my book sales. Now that I know what I do about them I would like to bring them to justice.
