Bought a travelsmoove voucher for 4 to bali. Tried calling them but no one pick up. Emailed them but no one reply until a week before they replied to say regret to inform you that we will proceed with the refund. Though they promised to refund by end of December, no refunds were done. Even when my email mentioned that I'm reporting to the police, no one replies. Could it be that the company is indeed a scam and the boss has skipped town?
