I have purchased vouchers for 2 separate vacations from Streetdeal.sg which did not materialise as Travelsmoove went MIA and Streetdeal pushing all blame to the probably defunct Travelsmoove and instead of the assistance Streetdeal promised to render, I was told to try and contact Travelsmoove myself or go to the Small Claims Tribunal.
I am disappointed this has happened and I have incurred almost SG $2800 in damages and I'm being shoved aside. Surely Streetdeal could have done more to help customers like us instead of telling us to settle our own issues when many of us trusted our money with them and the merchants they liaise with. It's not that we blame them entirely but seriously, if this isn't being irresponsible, I don't know what is.
Anyway, my vouchers included trips to Seoul and Kuching for my family of 3.
