I brought travel deals to Phuket from Travelsmoove via Streetdeal Malaysia portal.Booking was all done properly with Travelsmoove but they informed that 1 week before the departure date they will send us e-ticket for flight and voucher for hotel accommodation,2 days before departure they informed us that our trip is cancel because they can't allocate flight seats for us.Takes about 2 weeks more for asking the refunds process and finally got email that they will process the refunds to me latest by 22nd Dec 2012,until today I don't receive any refund yet.We are patience enough on this matter,I think we need to report this to Consumer Association of Singapore.I thought Singapore office is better,but after this experience,I think they are more worst.Please pay me back.......
