Received txt, from +447500662856, "Congratulations you won 1,000,000.00 on the Draw no #2112, please email us to claim [email protected]"

I sent email asking how do I confirm my Win?
Email received with 2 attachments one a Certificate and letter from freelotto asking to contact their courier company about prize delivery. Using a draw number of #98181
I sent email to Courier company for details on how prize would be delivered.
Email returned asking to pay up front for the prize to be delivered and wanted a money transfer thru Western Union. I called two numbers that were in the email and they went to a msg bank. A woman called me back and a swore it was not a scam and that I must pay the courier charge to get my prize.
I researched the address the company and checked with a few scam buster sites indication that is was in fact a scam.
