International boundaries
Unauthorized charge from my checking account. Contacted the company via phone, cancelled membership never requested by myself and was told a refund would be given within 7-10 days. Almost 40 days later still no refund. Each phone call made to the company results in the same response "This issue will be escalated to upper management for resolution". Nothing has been resolved. This is such a scam and something needs to be done to stop this.
