THEY TOOK OUT $30.00 DOLLARS FROM MY CHECKING ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. I HAVE E MAILS FROM THEM SAYING THAT I WILL RECIEVE A CREDIT IN 3-7 DAYS I HAVE NOT SEEN IT YET. CAN YOU HELP ME GET MY MONEY BACK!
