Stay away from www.pixwraps.com! They are scammers.
I purchased 3 vouchers from www.pixwraps.com (CEO Andrew Simmons) and paid them a total of $570. But, until now, I have never received any my canvases once I placed my orders (months ago). I emailed Rachel from Pixwraps.com for weeks to ask her about the status of my orders. She never responded to any of my emails. I also called the phone number on their website many, many times, but I was never able to speak with anyone. No matter what day or time I called them, their automated message answered and said, "You have called after business hours. Please call back during business hours." Finally, I contacted PayPal (the payment method I used to pay Pixwraps) and opened a case for dispute against Pixwraps. Paypal was able to get my money back for one of the vouchers, which was $250, because I purchased it within 45 days before my claim. However, I was not able get the rest of my money ($320) back because the 2 other vouchers were purchased more than 45 days before I started the dispute. Paypal guarantees purchases for only 45 days, which I learned after it was too late. Afterwards, I was contacted by Nicole from Pixwraps saying that If I resent my pictures to her, she would get them into production to fulfill the rest of my vouchers with Pixwrap. So I re-sent her my photos. While I was waiting for my canvases to arrive, about a week later, Nicole emailed me and said , "It has been brought to my attention that PayPal has refunded you for your purchase with our company. Because of this we cannot fulfill your orders and will be ceasing production and printing on them immediately. If you would like to purchase again please go ahead and do so and we will get your orders out to you at that time." I emailed to her back trying to explain to her that I received the refund for only one of my vouchers and still have two vouchers left that I did not receive any refund for (and for which they owe me printed canvases). She has never responded, and I still have none of the printed canvases I paid for. This is truly unacceptable.
