November 16th 2012 I ordered a set of the smile teeth kit $49.95 & bandanas/hair $12.95. $65 was immediatly debited from my account. I waited a couple weeks to receive my product, to no avail. So I then got the phone number via the internet and call them 4 * only be able to leave a voice message with not one returned call!as time went by I grew more upset, so I then found an email address, & sent a message. 4 days later I received a reply that they are mom & pop shop, & don't have resources to get product out quickly like large companies, but should receive it soon. Another Wk went by so I emailed them again, they replied stating that I am harrassing them, & that my card was denied. & that's why I did not receive my order. Which I know is a lie because $65 was debited immediately & never returned to my account.pyo
