as stated in previous, exactly the same, the lady said i will walk you through the whole thing so you will be able to use the savings, as soon as i entered my information she said, let me be the first to congratulate you in becomming a member goodbye...i called customer service at 18773321490 and the automation said i was next in line and the wait time is 1 minute, ok no problem their one minute extends to five, then the lady differed in much of the information that the first lady told me and that it might take some time for me to get my gas and gift card. i told her cancel me and she said ok i will give you another week free and i said no, i wanted to cancel , she gave me a cancellation number and i asked her to take me off of the phone number listing and she said ok and then i went to ask her will i still get my gift card but she already hung up..
