I bought a voucher for Bali trip with airfare and accommodation last July 1, 2012. I already have the vouchers and they sent an email that their new policy is to confirm our travel date 14 days prior our trip which is December 5,2012.
Last Nov.12, I emailed them confirming our scheduled trip and asking for the ticket and hotel confirmation. Last November 17, they sent an automated email that they will just issue a refund because they are having a problem with their supplier.
I sent them all the necessary documents for the issuance of refund and until now I haven't heard from them. I already emailed Streetdeal regarding this matter and I haven't heard from them either. This is very frustrating. It's ok if my friend and I won't be going to Bali as long as I'll get my money back.
Can you help me guys how to report this company to the authorities?
