I ordered 3 pair of shoes on October 14, 2012 and still have not received them. The payment was processed immediately through my pay pal account on the same day. I received one email from them on the same day or the next day saying order was processed but have had no commumication from them since. I was able to log into my account that I created with them when ordering and sent them an email a few weeks after the purchase but have received no response. At this point I am not even able to find their website to try to get further info. Pay pal will not refund my money because they said they got conformation from company that my order had been shipped. I never received that conformation.
