Just got a rubber pencil instead of the Ugg boots I ordered. I filed a complaint with PayPal and was told I should be receiving a full refund in 10 days. They said they've been fielding many such complaints about this company (which also goes by Lydia's Shoes supposedly based in the UK). I feel really dumb, but glad I used PayPal.
