I order a pair of rain boots in October. My order status never changed from "pending". I e-mailed the company both through their website and the e-mail provided by Paypal. I never heard from them. Since Paypal completed the transaction I opened up a complaint with them. Shortly afterwards I received an e-mail from Paypal stating that the seller provided a tracking number and the case was closed. Well, I received the famous rubber pencil also! I reopened the case and paypal asks me to incur shipping costs to send this pencil back to China and then they will issue a refund. That is crazy and am currently waiting fro a response from Paypal to my latest complaint. Don't think I will use Paypal anymore.
