I have bought 2 vouchers to KL and made booking few months back to travel from 7-9 Dec 2012. It was being stated that the booking for the hotel and flight have been completed and we will receive the tickets and all 2 weeks before our departure date. However, I have received another email from Travelsmoove on 17-Nov-12 stating that they are going to refund us the money as the supplier could not provide them with the travelling dates. I was extremely pissed as I have already taken leave for this trip and I do not find this excuse from them reasonable at all. If it is because that the supplier could not provide with the travelling dates, they could have provide us with another date rather than just stating for a refund. I replied them using the same email but there was no reply at all. I called them but I have waited for more than 2 hours and nobody picked up the call at all. Even if I want a refund back now, how do I know if this is true at all?
