I ordered a sample of this. I did not realize that I was automatically signed up for this until I received the product for a second time in the mail. I went back to the website and scrolled all the way down and there was a box that was automatically checked that signed me up for monthly purchases. I returned the product sample and next shipment. I have a tracking number and was notified that the product was returned. I have yet to receive a credit.

I have a tracking number for the package of the sample and other shipment that I returned with UPS: 1Z682FY90309093165.
