DO NOT FALL FOR THIS!! I ordered a trial offer Bio Geniste anti-wrinkle serum for $4.95 thinking, if I like it, I'll go ahead and order another at their asking price. (I used it 5 times, the bottle broke and won't pump!) I check my mail today, and I have a box of Beaudify anti-aging cream. WHAT? With a charge of $89.95 to my card!! I called the Bio Geniste a month ago and asked them to take my name and card off their system. They offered me half off the price of $69.95(after offering me coupons and other 'deals') and being dumb agreed if they would just take me off the system. Well, apparently they did not. I called 888-801-8896 and got customer service. They said that I would continue to recieve a jar every month!!!! Who uses a jar a month of cream! I told them I did not want this or any other. (The main ingredient is WATER) I demanded a full refund - she offered me $39.95. I said no. She offered me 50% off I said NO I just want my money refunded and want my name and card number off your list. She gave me an address of 41 Media 18015 Sant Angelo Drive, Lutz FL 33558 and gave me an RMA# (whatever that is) She said they will credit my card 'as soon as we receive it in our warehouse'. I copied the pathetic 'invoice' they sent me to keep on file. I am sending this back certified mail today. I will NEVER fall for this type of scam ever again. I am angry with myself that I fell for it. NEVER ORDER A CHEAP 'TRIAL OFFER'!!! I hope this helps others out there.
