I requested a free trial and paid $4.95 S&H. A few weeks later, $89.95 was deducted from my account along with an email saying they had sent me a shipment. I immediately called and canceled anything they had signed me up for. I also returned the free trial, unopened, per their request expecting a full refund. Never happened. They claim they never received the return.
I never received a shipment.
I have returned the free trial, did not receive the shipment they charged me for. They stole $89.95 from me.

- I received call to get free sample of this product. Paid 4.95 S&H. Burned my face. I returned and had bank cancel debit card so they can't screw me any more. Nothing but crooks. I'm going to contact BBB!!! I returned cream but kept heavy plastic jar. I wasn't paying return postage for any more weight than I had to!!! If they want their jar, they can send me something with prepaid postage on it and I'll send them their jar!!!! Nothing but crooks!
