I called what I thought was an Apple phone number. An Indian man named Charles, told me my warranty was out of date. I took a 3 month warranty for $79.00. He then transferred me to a site called, My Tech Help. I thought it was an Apple affiliate. After 4 hours, the tech, Patricia, installed Malwarebytes and an Antivirus on my computer ($89.00), I still have the problem. Researching this company leads me to your website. Yes, I was scammed. Hopefully, Apple will be able to do something about this.
