I have been receiving calls from this company about 4 years now and continue to receive them to this day. This is about how the recording goes,"This is your last chance to get your credit card rates lowered to 4.9 %, don't your accouts are o.k. The stimulus plan passed by Barack Obama gives us the opportunity to lower your rates, 1 to talk to a financial agent or 3 not receive this call again". Of course I pushed 3 over 100 times over the last 4 years, but they still call to this day after taking me for $998.95 to lower my rates. I beleive the credit card company my be in with this company to steal money from the consumer. I have noticed that 100's of people are unable to get their credit card to remove it, becasue I ordered a service and got a contract I could'nt sign, because it reversed their responsiblity. They did not increase my saving from $2,500.00 to $3498.75.00 and they were to make calls to all of the credit card companys and I refused to sign the contract. They have done nothing and I cannot get in touch with them. I really beleive the credit card companies are behind this because I have never had problems removing bad debt from any card ever and I am 54 years old. So don't deal with Chase, Captial One are any big bank, because I beleive with all my heart they are the ones behind this fraud.

They may call themselves Credit Card Services, that work with your Bank and will get your rates dropped. It is a lie.
