To whom it may concern,

I used to have an outstanding account with Fingerhut, to the point where I paid my bill on time and of course no matter what the balance was, I would have it paid off in less than 6-months. However your Company has changed, You have let third party Company bring down your name my reputation, credit worthiness and my credit scores causing me to have a very high rate on my new car loan. I have tried several times to fix this by calling you. I never made any kind of purchase with this Company in fact you had to supply me with there name and phone number.In the beginning months of me calling and telling you I do not know who or whom this company is. All I received from Fingerhut Is you telling me I have to call the company that is making the claim. Even though you were the ones that were trying to collect fraudulent funds. Well I did everything you asked, come to find out the so called third party company in fact was owned by Fingerhut.

So I called and called just for them to tell me no problem we will refund your account they never did. Again you sent me another bill, not them. I call fingerhut back and I get the same re-derrick, I started asking for supervisor's. Guess what same out come. So then I went as far asking for help from your supervisor's, thank God you have one that cares about your customer's. In July of 2012, I believe it was the 21st, Chelsea S. #79148 made a three way call with Ricky #100432 she told me I would be refunded. It never happened I just received a new bill from Fingerhut now I even owe more because you added late fees. The re-derrick stops now. I am sure if this nonsense has happened to me it has happened to others. You have force me to obtain legal counsel if this problem is not taken care of.
