I ordered a laptop and they sent me a new one. But it wouldn't turn on. So I decided to try again. This time it said the unit was plugged in but not charging?!?? I tried to get it replaced it or even repair it. But it didn't work. This is the fourth time I am sending it in and I m not going to pay for this defective product anymore. This is crazy. At least they can offer some specific place to repair locally to identify the issue. If I ask, they say they have company policies. What policy and where does it say that you sign a contract to pay for a defective product with your hard-earned money over and over again??? And why?
