we were sent a bill from Fingerhut for $189.76 and that is the amount we sent. We got a bill in the mail for $1.51. We called customer service and talked to Gabby. She said that the company made a mistake and cashed the check for 50.cents less. We have spent time and we also got a copy of the check from the bank which we had to pay for. The bank verified that Fingerhut had cashed the check for the wrong amount. Gabby did not offer to write off the $1.50 since it was the companys fault. We wrote a check for the amount and aent to them. We also filled a claim with the Better buiness Bureau and ask for copmensation for our time and trouble.
