Received a call and told me by Microsoft, Flora Adams and Ethan Parker, my computer had a software hacking problem. They said I needed anti hacking software. Charged my account. I thought it was a scam but they continued to call back and convince me it wasn't. Please beware. Cancelled credit card right away. Their phone number is 206-317-1308
