I ordered an H20 X5 steam mop from Liberascelta, despite 3-5 day despatch time it took 3 weeks to arrive. It came with a foreign plug and very poorly fitting plug adapter. I used it to clean one floor, then it would not work again. The red light would not come on and it didn't appear to have any power. After sending 3 emails, still no reply, and have been unable to find a phone number for them.
