I PURCHASED A SEIKI 32 INCH FLAT SCREEN, WHEN IT CAME IT WAS MISSING A STAND, SO IT STAYED IN THE BOX FOR 2 WEEKS UNTIL I COULD GET A STAND FROM THE MANUFACTURER, WHEN THE STAND CAME I PUT IT ON AND SET THE TV UP, TURNED THE TELEVISION ON AND THERE WERE VERTICAL LINES GOING DOWN THE SCREEN, NOMORE RACK HAS DONE NOTHING , CLAIMING THERE RETURN POLICY IS 7 DAYS ON DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE ..THIS HAS BEEN THE WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER AND HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH PAYPAL TO GET THIS HANDLED , WITH NO AVAIL AS OF YET, BECAUSE THEY ARE ASKING ME TO SEND THE TELEVISION TO CANADA, WHICH MAKES NO SENSE BEING THE COST IS OVER $100 TO SHIP IT THERE, I HAVE COME TO THE CONCLUSION NOMORERACK DOESNT CARE ABOUT LOSING CUSTOMERS
