I ordered Christmas presents on this site that were guaranteed to be delivered before Christmas.

December 16 I received an email saying there were strikes in Long Beach and items are taking longer to ship but that they were guaranteed to arrive before December 21 and if they did not I would receive a full refund and in-store credit.

Items did not come before December 21 nor did they come for Christmas! I contacted customer service via email and keep getting the runaround. The only thing they will do is give me a $5 credit. They will not take any responsibility or ownership over this issue and put all the blame on strikes and their vendors.

Why would a company work with such terrible vendors if it creates this sort of problem.

Other items I have ordered from this site come and look completely different than they did online. I got some ear warmers and they looked like cotton on the site and came with faux fur on it and looked like a dead rat. I ordered a necklace that looked great on the site and when I received it it was dull and much smaller and looks like it's worth $5. I once ordered a pillow that was supposed to be full size and ended up being a travel size pillow.

They often make you redeem your purchase through a third party site which doesn't work sometimes.

This site is a fraud and does not take customer service seriously they do next to nothing to resolve any issue and take no responsibility.
