I noticed a charge on my checking account for $19.65 for Diet Leader MD, Austin TX USA. This charge took place on a Sunday at a time when my wife and I were both at home and neither was online. What struck me as odd was the fact that upon calling them at 888-554-8597, the gentlemen was steadfast in stating that someone with my card's information (correct address, phone #, email) supposedly opened the account for this scam of an online medical services provider. Although they assured me that the charge is being cancelled and that it'll be refunded to my account, it's beyond ridiculous that the charge happened in the first place. I'm wondering how many of these charges go unnoticed each day?

- I too was hit by this company. I did some research and found they are operating from a PostNet office at a mall in Austin Tx. After reporting to bank and AG office I also emailed to PostNet to report this fraud. If we all email PostNet maybe they will kick this fraud out ([email protected]).

Next I have researched the owner/operator listed on the DietLeaderMD website. That is shown as FTS LLC. Researching that name uncovers the executive management here: http://ftspartners.com/executive.php
Yes, I have sent emails to them today notifying them of the fraud committed on me, my reporting to CA AG office and notification sent to PostNet office. We can't all sit back and let this happen. Send emails and together we can stop this. -
