Multiple fraudulent credit card charges each in the amount of $17.94. No business relationship between Myself (credit card holder) and the business who is billing the $17.94. Particularly tricky to spot because fraudulent charge is every OTHER month, billed under differing descriptions, a small dollar amount, and posted near the 5th of the month which is the time that legitimate re-occuring charges are posted. CHECK ALL OF YOUR STATEMENTS! I have no idea where they got my card number.

Bureau report multiple, multiple complaints regarding fraudulent credit
card charges against FTS Partners LLC, 3571 Far West Blvd #261, Austin,
Texas 78731 dba "DietLeader MD","Weight Counselor MD", and "Balanced
Media Services".
