Travis Nech, owner of Brick Magic, came out to "supposed" fix a crack in the porch. He started the work and asked for a check before the work was completed. He stated that once he received the check he will come back to complete the work. Almost a month later no sign of Travis. I called his business number and he's not accepting calls or his phone is out of service. By the look of the work it doesn't look like the brick was filled with the right material. His business location is always moving from one location to another. In other word, he's unstable. I found other sources that he works as a SEO as a side job and there are other complaints about him. Needless to say, I had to hire another company to fix the damage. DO NOT USE BRICK MAGIC or TRAVIS NECH! He's a bad business owner and it probably not legit.
