I did not order this product - Beaudify Anti-Aging Creme. I actually received this in the past, but assumed I had ordered it mistakenly along with other skin care products and kept it without questioning it further. With this order, a receipt was included with the package, there were no instruction for how to return the item or a phone number to contact a company representative.
