In Sept. 2012 I went to Jacoby Motors to look at a car at this dealership. After talking to Teo (owner of the dealership) and getting approved for a car I was interested in. He told me to drive it home for the weekend since it was a friday and I could test drive the car. As soon as I turned the car on there was a noise in the motor and an oil leak plus other small issues the car had. I let him know about it asap before leaving the dealership and he said that I should test drive it for the weekend and bring it back on Monday and he would fix ANY issues the car had. Also, as soon as I got home the car heated up so bad smoke was comming out. I called Teo immediately to let him know and he kept reassuring me that he would fix anything the car had. So, on the following Monday I drove the car back to the dealership so his machanic could fix the problem. Teo had the car sitting on his dealership for two weeks and after these two weeks his machanic supposably fixed the oil leak and the noise that the motor was making (Teo told his machanic just add some kind of oil to cover up the noise the motor was making). After getting the car inspected at a professional car place they let me know that the oil leak was never fixed and the car was still making that weird noise in the motor and they told me there that it was a time chain problem. We were told there we could drive the car but the car would soon give out and when it did it would cost over $3,000.00 to get it fixed. So, I took the car back to Teo and let him know that the oil leak was never fixed and the noise the motor is making is a major problem. Again, now being the third week Teo would have the car, the car was supposed to be fixed by his machanic again. Later that week I went back to the dealership and the car had NOT been fixed and that is when he started to be rude, disrespectful and unprofessional to me and my wife about the situation. Even over the phone he was rude and yelling and constantly hanging up on my wife and I. Teo told us straight out he was NOT going to fix the car because he did not have to and to go pick it up at the dealership. I then asked him if he had ever did an inspection on the car and he said yes and that he had drove it home from the dealership and it drove fine...that was his type of inspection but was never inspected by a professional. He kept saying lies. On that friday that I took the car home he told me that the car had just arrived on his lot and had NOT been inspected but he would fix anything the car had wrong. I had to do an oil change, an alignment, coolent flush amongst other things that he said he would pay for which he NEVER did. He told the mediator that why would he pay $3,500 when his machanic could do the work for half the price. I do NOT understand how Teo thinks we trust him or his machanic to do an honest job after doing NOTHING to the car for alomost a month!I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE. TEO GIVES THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DOES NOTHING TO HELP HIS CUSTOMERS EVEN WITH 30 DAY WARRANTY HE SUPPOSABLY GIVES WITH THE CARS HE SELLS. HE IS AN UNGRATFUL PERSON CONSIDERING WHEN YOU GIVE HIM BUSINESS.
