We recently attended a Global Vacations presentation. After the presentation, we were solicited to buy the vacation property, which we declined. My husband told the girl we were with, the only reason we were there was to get the airline vouchers. She said that was fine and told us she was going to get the information for us. When she returned, she told us that both our names had popped up in their system as already having attended one of Global's presentations before. I told her that was impossible because I had just gotten married and hadn't even changed my name yet and my husband told her that he had never attend one either. She then told us to go ahead and send in the information and we may get the tickets or may not. My husband told her we would contact an attorney if this was a scam. You should have seen her face. I did send the 4.95 to them anyway to see what would happen. The check was cashed but I haven't heard anything and my guess is, I probably won't.
