I received a call from someone from this company maybe 2 months ago and agreed to let them send me a sample of the hydrawhite product for $1.03. I was told that if I liked the product to just do nothing and they would send me a months worth of product and my account would be debited for the charge. But, if I didn't want a months supply to call within 10 days and I would receive no more product and I would not be charged. I asked if the ten days started when I received the sample and was told that it started the day of the conversation. So the day I received the sample I called and told them I did not want anymore product (which was within the ten days) The person I spoke with told me I was cancelled that day and I would receive no more product and would not be charged anymore. Well yesterday I logged into my bank account and found Hydrawhite had debited my account for $78.41. I called to ask why my account had been debited since I had cancelled any futher shipments and not received any more. I was told that I did not return my shipment within the time limit and that was why. I told the person I had cancelled my account and had not received any more product. He said I had and he couldn't credit the $78.41 back to my account. He was very arrogant so I asked to speak to someone else and was told that was impossible. This company is a scam. I am filling a complaint with the Attorney General's office in Nevada AND here in North Carolina. I am also putting a notice in several papers about this company and what they are doing to people.
