At the end of Sept 2012, I saw an advertisement online offering to send a sample of a product called Hydrawhite for $1.03. I typed in my debit card information believing that the company would deduct the advertised amount. A few days later I received three little sample products of Hydrawhite, which I never opened or used. I am in the military reserves and I received orders to go work in Virginia from October 18 - November 19. When I returned home, I saw that I had more packages of the product. Around the end of November 2012, I started noticing that my account was not balancing so I called the bank on December 1, 2012to find out what was happening. They told me that Hydrawhite had been withdrawing moneys from my account on the following dates: Sept 20, 2012= $1.03, Sept 21, 2012= 3.87, Oct 02,2012= 76.13, Oct 30, 2012=82.08, Nov 29, 2012=82.08. The total amount withdrawn from my acount was $245.19. I only gave Hydrawhite to withdraw the $1.03 they advertised, which they deducted from my account on Sept 20, 2012. I did not give them permission to withdraw all of that money from my account. I returned all the merchandise as I was instructed by the claims dept from my bank Wells Fargo, on the same day I spoke to the bank, Dec 1, 2012. All the Hydrawhite product was received at the address it was sent from : Fulfillment Center 6330 North Washington St, Denver, Co 80216, on Dec 3, 2012 at 8:25 am, the tracking number of the package is 0312 0090 0001 6817 2415. When I spoke the claims dept at the bank, I asked them to prohibit any further transactions from this company, I told them that I saw the advertisement online for $1.03 and that is the only amount I approved. I also asked the bank if they could credit my account for all the unauthorized transactions. They stated for me to wait 15 days from Dec 1, 2012 to see if Hydrawhite would give me credit since I had sent the product back. I waited the 15 days and called Hydrawhite on Dec 18, 2012 at 866-913-2654 and I explained to the representative that I authorized only for $1.03 and that when this product was being left at my door I was on military orders (which I have a copy of) in Virginia. He stated that I was not entitled to any credit but that as a courtesy he would refund my account only $60.00. I told him that I really wanted all the money that I had not authorized, and he kept telling me that I did not want the $60.00 I continued to tell that I wanted the $60.00 and the other monies. He told me it would post by 3 business days. That conversation happened on Dec 17, 2012, till this day I have not received any refund from Hydrawhite, even though the representative admitted that he was aware that I had returned all the product. Wells Fargo credited my account for the last Hydrawhite transaction of Nov 29, 2012 because they stated that they could only credit purchases that were within 30 days. I was very upset, I saw that the bank was going to adhere to their policy and that Hydrawhite was determined to keep my money even though I was not aware I was receiving their merchandise since I was not even in my home state. Please stop this company from stealing from other people. I don't feel that this type of business is at all ethical. I think that what they are doing is wrong. I wish I had known in time that they were deducting these amounts of money from my account.

I would like Hydrawhite to refund the rest of my money, which I did not authorize to be withdrawn from my account. A total of $162.08, this amount does not include the $1.03 that I did authorize, and it does not include the amount credited by the bank of 82.08 on Dec 17, 2012. If hydrawhite will not credit the $162.08 they should at least credit the amount of $60.00 which they said they would credit to my account on Dec 18, 2012.
