I have a sprint account whch my son was my second phone line but I had a note on my account NO authorization would be made for purchasing phone line or any changes to my account without them first callin me and getting my authorization. Well come to find out they allowed a phone to be charged to my account and on top of that sprint always charges 12.72 overnight shipping EVEN If you dont ask for it and they ship regular UPS not overnight!!! that is fraud right there! I am going to cancel my sprint account but Im still fighting these charges on my account. also the person I just talked to collete newell tells me I cant put notes on my own account to block changes If someone calls and has my password they woudl allow any changes without my consent. Im the one who pays the bill every month so I do have a say so in who or what is changed on my account!
