I would like to advise corporate of the horrible customer service i have received from there employees!!!! i have never been so angry with a company that i am paying with my hard working money with. This company if horrible and way to expensive to be treated the way that i have with your reps. I called due to a mix up and for me to be advised that i could not be provided any assistance and i must pay my bill them be hung up on is ridicules. I was on hold way to long to be hung up on!!! It seems like every time i call i have so many issues and mixed information. I have already canceled once with your company because of the service i received i am now strongly contemplating to change to Verizon, where i'm willing to pay the same amount but receive the best customer service. I would like to speak with someone in the corporate office asap, i no longer want to speak with anyone lower then that.
