I have tried to work with you but you keep trying to lead me on and bait and switch to different plans and false information.. Now your saying 100 a month ?? I just paid over 400 on my Sprint bill and saw nothing that was applied to my bill. AND also your buyback link only gives me 0.00 to 5.00 dollars a phone.. What happened to the 325.00 ??
Again,, I moved my family over from AT&T to Sprint where the bill was to be A LOT less..
With the understanding that you are saying I am locked into a expensive contract and I keep trying to explain to you that I am NOT getting what I signed up for at PhoneZone and a representative of Sprint who took over the complaint. Reminder.. Sprint offered MY Wife (who is a United Airlines employee) an Offer available to United employees.. THIS never happened,, BUT Sprint took our Money..
