Very persuasive,I was suspicious but stupidly complied anyway. They took control of my computer and I freaked when I saw that scrolling black and red screen. Cancelled my cr card immediately but they were too quick. In hindsight, I should have just pulled the plug on the internet connection at the very least. How come my virus protection did not alert me?
