I joined the Work out World gym in 2010 to get the family to start working out. They told me that I needed a $200.00 depositon top of the other sign up fees, but I would get it back as long as I made my payments and I stayed with them for two years. A few months later I noticed a $120.00 charge they made to my credit card. I had to write letters and fight with them on the phone until they finally reimbursed it. Finally my two year contract ended and when I asked for the $200.00 they said no and when I asked why they gave me a lame excuse and showed me a different contract then the one I signed. I sent them a letter asking for a written explanation but all I got was a letter from their collections department. I do have the original contract and its a lot different from the one they showed me.
